Update Billing Method Overview

Parents can update the payment method associated with their Family School account at any time. Keeping your billing information up to date helps ensure uninterrupted access to plans and add-ons.


How to Update Your Billing Method


Steps

  1. Sign in to your parent account at www.familyschool.org

  2. Select My Account from the top menu

  3. Click Billing in the page navigation

  4. Select Edit Billing

  5. Enter your new payment method details

  6. Click Save Changes

Your updated billing information will be saved immediately.
