Parents can cancel a subscription plan or remove add-ons at any time from their Family School account. This article explains how to cancel:
A Parent or Student Premium Plan
A Coached Class Add-On
An Academic Suite Add-On
Cancel a Coached Class or Academic Suite Add-On
Steps
Sign in to your parent account at www.familyschool.org
Select My Account from the top menu
Click My Family
Locate the student account card
Under Coached Class or Academic Suite, click the dropdown arrow and then the red trash can icon
The add-on will be cancelled per billing policy.
Cancel a Parent or Student Premium Plan
Steps
Sign in to your parent account
Go to My Account → My Family
Locate the account you want to cancel
Parent account for the Parent Plan
Student account for the Student Plan
Under Membership, click the red trash can icon
The plan will be canceled based on the current billing cycle.
What Happens After Cancellation
Access remains active through the end of the billing period
No new charges will occur after the cancellation date
Student progress and course access may be limited after access ends
Previously completed work may still be visible while the account remains active
