Create a Family School Account

Overview

Parents can change their student’s Coached Class time if space is available in another learning group. This allows families to adjust schedules while keeping the student enrolled in the Coached Class Add-On.

This article explains how to change a Coached Class time from your parent account.

How to Change a Coached Class Time


Steps

  1. Log in to your parent Family School account

  2. Click Family in the top menu

  3. Locate the student account whose class time you want to change

  4. Under Academic Add-Ons, click the drop-down arrow next to the Coached Class add-on

  5. Find the class time section and click the pencil icon (✏️) to edit

  6. Click the Choose a Class Time box

  7. Review the available class times

    • You will see different learning groups

    • Available seats are shown for each option

  8. Select your preferred class time

Once selected, the new class time will be saved.
