Log In and Reset Your Password

Part 1 — How to Log In



Steps to Log In as a Parent
  1. Go to https://www.familyschool.org/login

  2. Enter your parent email address

  3. Enter your parent password

  4. Click Log In

Your parent account gives you access to:

  • Parent Dashboard

  • Student management

  • Enrollment

  • Calendars

  • Planning tools


Student Account Login

Important:

Before accessing a student account, it has to be created from the parent account. Students do not log in using the parent email. They must use their student username and password, created by the parent.

Steps to Log In as a Student

  1. Go to https://www.familyschool.org/login

  2. Enter the student username (not an email address unless one was added)

  3. Enter the student password

  4. Click Log In

Students use their dashboard to access:

  • Lessons (written / video)

  • Assignments

  • Coached Class or Academic Suite links (if applicable)


Part 2 — How to Reset Your Parent Account Password

Reset a Parent Password or a Student Password associated with an Email address

Use these steps if the account has an email address associated with it.

Steps



  1. Go to https://familyschool.org/login

  2. Click Forgot Password?

  3. Enter the email address linked to the account

  4. Open the email titled “Family School – Set Password”

  5. Click Set Password

  6. Create your new password

  7. Click Next to finish

You will now be able to log in with your new password.


Part 3 — How to Reset Student Password

If your student forgets their username or password, you can view or change it at any time from your parent account.


Steps

  1. Log in to your parent account

  2. Go to My Account > My Family

  3. Find the student’s card

  4. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner

  5. Select Edit

  6. Under the Credentials section, you can:

    • View and change the student’s username

    • Change the student’s password

  7. Click Save if you make changes

Your student can now log in again using the updated username or password.
