Edit or Remove a Lesson or Event from the Calendar

Overview

Family School calendars are flexible. Parents and students can edit or remove any scheduled lesson or custom event if plans change. This article explains how to update or delete calendar items.


How to Edit a Lesson or Event

Steps

  1. Log in to your Family School account

  2. Click Calendar in the top menu

  3. Locate the lesson or event on the calendar

  4. Click on the event

  5. Click the three dots (⋯) for more options

  6. Select Edit

  7. Update any of the following:

    • Title

    • Date

    • Start or end time

    • Assigned calendar

  8. Save your changes

The updated event will immediately reflect the calendar.


How to Remove (Delete) a Lesson or Event

Steps

  1. Log in to your Family School account

  2. Go to Calendar

  3. Click the lesson or event you want to remove

  4. Click the three dots (⋯)

  5. Select Delete

The event will be permanently removed from the calendar.


Important Notes

  • Removed events cannot be recovered
