Printing or Ordering Curriculum Materials

Overview

Family School lessons include printable materials such as student workbooks, handouts, activity pages, flashcards, and other lesson resources. Families can choose to print materials at home or order professionally printed materials through the Family School Print Store.

This article explains both options and how to access them.


Option 1: Print Materials Yourself

Parents can download and print lesson materials directly from the Family School platform.



Step 1: Open the Course
  1. Log in to your Family School account

  2. Open the course that contains the materials you want to print


Step 2: Go to the Resources Tab

  1. Inside the course, click the Resources tab

  2. Available printable materials vary by course


Step 3: Choose Materials to Print

You may find documents such as:

  • Student workbooks

  • Handouts

  • Activity pages

  • Flashcards

  • Other lesson-related PDFs

Click any document to download or print it.


Step 4: Print Materials from Lessons

At the beginning of each lesson, check the Preparation section.

  • This section lists materials needed for that lesson

  • Any printable files can be downloaded directly from there


Option 2: Order Printed Materials from the Print Store

Families who prefer professionally printed materials can order them from the Family School Print Store.

Important Note

Your Print Store account is separate from your Family School account. A Print Store account is not created automatically.



Step 1: Log In to Family School

Log into your Family School account as usual.


Step 2: Open the Print Store

  1. Click More in the top menu

  2. Select Print Store


Step 3: Create or Log In to Your Print Store Account

  • First-time users: select Create a Print Store Account

  • Returning users: log in using your Print Store username and password


Step 4: Choose the Type of Materials

Printed materials are organized by course category:

  • Academic Core: Math and Language Arts materials

  • Character Core: History, Science, Literature, Geography, Art, Music, and related courses


Step 5: Select and Order Materials

  1. Choose the subject

  2. Choose the course

  3. Review available printed items

  4. Add items to your cart and complete checkout


Important Notes About Printed Materials

  • Printed materials are optional

  • Digital versions are always available inside Family School
