Student Account Login and Password Reset

Overview

This article explains how students sign in to the AHS Worldwide learning platform and how parents can update a student's login information if needed.

Student Sign In

  1. Go to:
    https://app.ahsworldwide.org/login
  2. Enter the student's username or email address and password.
  3. Click Sign In.

Note: Students can sign in using their username or the email address associated with their student account. If no email address has been added to the student account, they must sign in with their username.

Reset a Student's Password

A student's password can be updated by a parent.

  1. Sign in to your parent account.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Select My Family.
  4. Find the student and click Settings.
  5. Under the Credentials section, enter a new password.
  6. Click Save.

The student can now sign in using the updated password.

View or Update a Student's Username

If you've forgotten the student's username or need to update it:

  1. Sign in to your parent account.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Select My Family.
  4. Find the student and click Settings.
  5. Under the Credentials section, view or update the student's username.
  6. Click Save.

Note: If you receive a message that the username already exists, choose a different username and try again.
