This article explains how to cancel a license or enrollment from your AHS Worldwide learning platform account.

Before You Begin

• Plans purchased with School Choice Funds cannot be canceled from your account. Please contact support@ahsworldwide.org and include your account information along with a request to cancel the license or enrollment purchased with School Choice Funds.
• If you have questions about billing or refunds, please review the Billing & Refund Policy.

Cancel a License or Enrollment

1. Sign in to your parent account at https://app.ahsworldwide.org/login, then select Account > Licenses & Enrollments.
2. Locate the parent or student account for the license or enrollment you want to cancel, then click Manage Plan.
3. Click Cancel Plan.
4. In the Type CANCEL to confirm field, type CANCEL.
5. Click Cancel Plan.
